Terms & Conditions — Lookout Limousine
Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking transportation services with Lookout Limousine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.
2. Booking & Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of service may forfeit the deposit. For weddings and large events, cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.
4. Minimum Rental Periods
Minimum rental periods apply: 1 hour for sedans and SUVs, 2 hours for Mercedes Sprinters, and 4 hours for mini buses. Hourly rates apply for time beyond the minimum.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be billed to the primary client. The primary client is responsible for ensuring all passengers consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older.
6. Alcohol Policy
Passengers may bring beverages and food on board. The primary client assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
7. Pricing & Fees
All quoted rates are final and include unlimited stops and mileage for local hourly trips. A fuel surcharge may apply for trips outside the local service area. Gratuity is not included and is at the client's discretion.
8. Liability
Lookout Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for items left in vehicles. Lookout Limousine's liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
